An opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology for an industry market leader. At Kronos, we’re continuing to expand our product footprint globally, and creating opportunities across Europe.

Join us as a Solution Architect, a role which requires knowledge and skills that are both broad and deep. This role is a business process focused to lead the account and leads the design of the solution.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the sales process presenting methodology & best practice. Lead consultant for any project they are involved in and look for efficiencies within the design/implementation
• Drive the end to end process focus aligned to client’s business goals. Lead the customer global design processes that will align with the strengths and capabilities of the solution they have purchased
• Responsible for ensuring all resources are working towards the same design guidelines
• Act as the trusted Advisor to both customer and internal resources which includes strategic roadmap discussions
• Partnering with the Global Program manager to manage the account from a technical and functional perspective
• Responsible to be the best practice expert. Deliver best practices to the customer as they make decisions regarding the best solutions
• Lead the team to ensure that the design is looked at holistically and the design is meeting business requirements based on success criteria and the reasons for the purchase. In addition, create an overall process and solution design
• Business Process Consulting which includes analysing data for continuous business improvement and assist in change management
• Process Optimization/Lean focus – deliver to the customer as an added value, will not just understand what they need but will help them to do things the “best way”
• Expert in the different integration points of the products. Review the recommendations and ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Proven experience in a related field
• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Strong understanding of Kronos Workforce solutions and experience with global implementations
• Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers
• Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction
• Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel
• Bachelor Degree BS/BA degree (MBA preferred) as well as fluent French, Flemish or Dutch
