Want to join an innovative engineering team building a next generation UI? We are seeking an experienced quality engineer to help develop and qualify Kronos’ Workforce Ready Worforce Management solution. Are you excited to work with technologies like AngularJS, node.js, HTML5 and web sockets? Are you passionate about adaptive and responsive UIs? We practice behavior driven development, continuous integration & continuous delivery. We use state-of-the-art quality and test automation tools – our processes are tailored towards ensuring a great customer experience. We’re passionate about learning and applying new technologies in a highly collaborative environment.

• Collaborate with both the scrum team on its deliverables and your colleagues in the quality organization
• Implement test automation for the next generation UI
• Ensure a high quality user experience
• Work closely with our Development, Product Management and UX teams to assess testing feasibility and identify risks
• Setup/configure/maintain automated testing environments in a CI/CD setting
• Develop test documentation, execute tests, and monitor results using application lifecycle tools.
• Provide complete testing coverage for areas of responsibility
• Review business and functional requirements documents in order to create appropriate test documentation
• Deliver a set of reusable, modular tests for all application/product components
• Transform manual test documentation into robust, efficient automated test scripts.
• Continuously improve upon the productivity and efficiency of both our manual & automated testing efforts using innovative tools/techniques following industry standard best practices.
• Stay current on new technologies and evangelize future adoption of next-generation automation tools and best practices as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent degree) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related field
• 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience as a Software QA Engineer.
• Experience working with manual & automated testing of web-based applications
• Functional and risk-based testing
• Silktest, QTP/UFT, Selenium, SoapUI and JUnit
• Experience with accessibility and responsive testing
