Due to our substantial growth we are offering exciting and challenging careers within our Professional Services organisation. Your superior customer service will ensure your success within our organization, and provide you with real opportunities to progress your career.

You’ll be trained on our Kronos Workforce Dimensions Suite and the Dell Boomi integration platform,
and work with our customers to understand their requirements and deliver solutions to them. Your top communication skills will enable you to liaise with our teams to analyse the client’s specifications and apply the solutions with a consultative approach.

Your responsibilities will include understanding the workforce management industry and driving for innovation and continuous improvement using your technical acumen. You’ll build trusting relationships and be able to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences. You’ll handle various projects related to different modules in the product, solving problems and thinking critically.

Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll have:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Experience with one or more development languages and tools (.NET, Javascript, JSON, Postman, or similar)
• Knowledge of database querying, web services, web transfer methods, file management, and cloud technology
