The Mobile Engineering team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team to lead the development of mobile applications for workforce management solutions using emerging technologies.
The lead engineer will help design and develop new end to end mobile features, develop cloud hosted services to support mobile applications, and stay on top of new technologies and trends in the mobile space.
The Senior Software Engineer will mentor the team in mobile technologies and provide leadership in agile software development practices and peer/code reviews.
The role is critical to ensure we can meet the demands or our rapidly increasing mobile customer base.


• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8 years of experience in delivering enterprise applications including leading-edge interactive front-end experiences.
• Experience in full stack development of mobile applications including native and/or hybrid mobile development, mobile performance and development of cloud hosted, decoupled, micro-services
• Experience with the following technologies: Android and/or iOS, Cordova, Angular JS 1.X, deep Java knowledge, micro-services architecture and deployment, message-oriented middleware, and experience working with cloud technologies.
• A solid engineering foundation indicated by a demonstrated understanding of product design, software development practices, and test-driven development.
• A solid track record leading and mentoring software engineers and delivering projects in an agile environment.
• The ability to stay current and have a passion for new technologies and tools and incorporate them into the product.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in technology implementation choices and the ability to negotiate effectively with business stakeholders as to the pros/cons of a technology approach.
