The Mobile Engineering team is looking for a senior level Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their team to contribute to the development of automation tools for mobile applications using the latest technologies. The SDET engineer will be assisting in writing code to automatically verify our quality, and implement new processes/tools to streamline our quality.

Key responsibilities of this position will include:
• Contribute to the development of an automation framework to support native and hybrid mobile applications and a service based mobile back-end platform
• Assist in the design and implementation of automated test suites in a fast-paced agile environment using Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, & Continuous Deployment concepts to allow for efficient delivery of high quality products
• Execute tests, interpret results, and communicate on a regular basis, resulting in quick solutions to any quality concerns
• Technically lead and mentor staff on automation techniques and QA principles.
• Be accountable for and share responsibility with other members of the mobile team for the overall success of mobile products
• Lead POC development for new ideas in automation
• Introduce new mobile test technologies to the team and incorporate them into the solution


• A minimum of 5 years of increasing responsibility in QA automation with coding skills in Java or other modern programming language
• A solid engineering foundation indicated by a demonstrated understanding of product design, software development practices, and support services. Experience with test automation choices for mobile development is desirable
• Experience with Appium, Selenium and/or native mobile testing frameworks
• Experience with Rest Assured API automation framework
• A solid track record leading QA engineers and delivering projects
• Experience in Agile development processes
• The ability to stay current and have a passion for new technologies and tools.
• Ability and interest to act as an advocate for test driven development within a DevOps model
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
