We are seeking experienced quality engineers to help develop and qualify Kronos’ next generation Workforce Management solution. • Design, develop, implement and maintain automated test cases, strategies and frameworks.
• Design, develop, implement, maintain and monitor performance scripts, strategies and frameworks.
• Provide complete automated testing coverage for areas of responsibility.
• Transform manual test documentation into robust, efficient automated test scripts.
• Continuously improve upon the productivity and efficiency of our automated testing efforts using innovative tools and techniques.
• Stay current on new technologies and evangelize future adoption of next-generation automation tools and best practices as appropriate.
• Provide guidance, coach and assist team members in the use of automated tools and automated test cases.
• Setup/configure/maintain automated testing environments in a continuous integration setting.
• Actively collaborate with the scrum team and your colleagues on project deliverables and process improvement.
• Work closely the product owners and Software domain analysts to assess testing feasibility and identify risks.
• Review business and functional requirements documents in order to create appropriate test documentation.
• Develop test documentation, execute tests, monitor results and properly communicate them using application lifecycle tools.
• Deliver a set of reusable, modular tests for UI components.
• Adhere to and promote standards for test development best practices.
• Ensure a high-quality user experience.


• ***A strong plus for you VS other candidates : an good understanding of oral French (we provide free courses during work hours!)***
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and at least 3+ years of experience with the automation tool Selenium
• Experience with Load Runner (very important)
• Experience with Protractor, JUnit, and other automated tools and scripting languages is a plus.
• Experience delivering cloud or SaaS based offerings.
• A good understanding of Microsoft, Java, and n-tier web technologies.
• A good understanding of current web technologies, HTML5 and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong background in testing methodologies and software quality best practices.
• A background utilizing risk-based testing approaches.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment preferred.
• Work closely with scrum master and the team to prioritize deliverables and adapt to change.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills.
• Self-Driven, self-motivated.
• Detail oriented.
• Creative, able to think out-of-the-box.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member.
• A desire to work in a collaborative, fast-paced agile environment.
• You are passionate about quality, enhancing user experience, performance and product success through innovation in QA methods.
