• Troubleshoot, analyze and solve complex customer issues utilizing documentation, knowledge base, bug tracking system and support staff
• Participates in the writing technical documents (functional specifications, design documents, etc.) as required
• Manage difficult user issues effectively and professionally, seeking help from management, as appropriate.
• Validate solutions and toolset by setting up scenarios and testing the application.
• Replicating customer scenarios for configuration/environmental solutions and or prepare the issue for engineering review.
• Develop in-depth product knowledge on all Kronos products, platforms and technologies.
• Analyzing customer configurations and thinking out of the box to resolve and/or find a work-around or alternative solution.
• Professionally document and communicate product research and resolution status and findings to peers, management and customers including executive level
• Ensures timely and appropriate updates to relevant technical training material (documentation / presentation etc.)


• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Previous Senior Level support experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an equivalent role or area of technical competency
• Knowledge of client/server and/or Web Based technologies
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and web application
• Ability to query databases, knowledge of SQL and Non-SQL databases preferable.
• Experience in using API's and WFC integration using XML objects
• Excellent Debugging / Troubleshooting skills
• Great Communication Skills.
• Experience and demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and customer service techniques
• Microsoft/Technical/DBA certifications a plus
• Development Experience
