Description

The Services Learning Manager will drive the internal learning programs that support the worldwide Professional Services Organization. This person will leverage internal subject matter experts, cross functional teams, and their own technical and industry-focused knowledge and platform training skills to build and manage a comprehensive product and skills-focused training function.

Responsibilities fall into 4 main areas:

Learning Programs:
• Drive/lead the effort to create a comprehensive training program across Kronos Workforce Management platforms. This would include: solution approach, product features, industry context, and more.
•Program will: (1) onboard new hires, (2) speed readiness to accept and deliver Kronos solutions, (3) support Professional Services growth, (4) enable services teams to effectively deliver the expected customer experience.

Technical Competencies:
•Work with various leadership and customer experience experts to understand the technical and communications skills needed to deliver our products today and in the future, develop a plan to assess skills and competencies, design training to bridge skill gaps (leveraging both internal and external resources).
•The benefit will be in a better understanding of the skills needed with a proactive plan to ensure we have the right resources in the right place at the right time.

Process & Tools Training:
•Ensure all employees have been properly trained on products, tools, and professional development opportunities needed to be productive in their jobs.
•Design assessments or success measures to look for skill gaps and create programs to overcome any deficiencies.
•Training programs used for new hires, for re-training, for increased productivity/effectiveness.

Training & Development Program Management:
•Partner closely with Global Services Engineering, Professional Services and HR to build career training and development programs that balances both soft skills and technical skills.
•Event management including Training Summits, GetSmart Sessions, Lunch & Learn sessions.Share learning KPIs and dashboards for a view to the Learning and Development activity.
• Creation of multi-platform programs and approaches to synthesize learning opportunities with functional requirements and customer expectations.

Qualifications

•Degree in education or instructional design
-SAAS experience preferred
•Must have at least 8-10 years of total experience and must have at least 5+ years as a senior level trainer for
•Experience creating and delivering meaningful, contextual program content that aligns with Kronos goals and competencies
•Strong program and project management skills
•Must be passionate about training/teaching.
•Ability to handle high level practical queries/escalations from management and Professional Services leadership
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
