Job Highlights: A role for a do-er, a quick study, a person who loves innovation, the role of the Global Services Engineering Program Manager provides an opportunity to be involved with program development around methodology, process, and training in support of the PM Community to enable the delivery of valuable customer outcomes. The successful applicant should also be able to anticipate challenges and situations that could impact the GSE-Solutions team initiatives and provide recommendations for mitigation or improvement.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

· Sharing your passion for an exceptional customer experience, from beginning to end, through leading and driving PM related initiatives into the field – development, rollout, adoption and incorporating feedback.

· Understanding the organization’s larger goals and aligning development to those goals.

· Partner within Service Engineering team to ensure project management principles, process changes and improvements are applied to technology, methodology, tools and service collateral.

· Develop cross-functional relationships that allow you to participate and sometimes lead efforts to cultivate innovation and proactively implement anticipated changes.

· Engage in delivery of PM training content in both live and remote environment. Sharing your own PM experience and stories, context and coaching techniques to ensure an interactive experience

· Leverage your personal and professional experience to bring new opportunities for content and resource development.

· Innovate social learning opportunities and drive awareness for collaboration and networking capabilities where resources can share, learn and develop their skills in a collaborative model.

· Perform quality assurance activities including project audits, proactive project health checks, deliver findings and recommendations to Project Managers and Leadership. Present project health related

metrics to Leadership quarterly and use information to identify and develop learning opportunities for PM Community

· Mentoring of the extended project management community.


· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. PMP Certification or equivalent (or in process)
· Multiple years’ experience in PM role is required
· SaaS implementation experience required
· Kronos product knowledge is highly preferred
· Excellent customer-facing consultation and communication skills are a must, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer care.
· Excellent training skills, including dynamic and professional communication and presentation capabilities, both virtual and in person.
· Strong business domain acumen across multiple industries
· Understanding of the Human Capital Management Industry preferred
· Ability to build and effectively collaborate with a network of subject matter experts
· Must be flexible and have the ability to work in teams or alone, influence changes, thrive in a nimble environment, manage multiple projects, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines
· In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
· Innovative and creative, adaptive and quick to learn
· Experience with a variety of Project Management tools
· Ability to travel approximately 25%, with international travel capabilities.
