This position reports to the Director of Services Technology and will play a critical role in program design, delivery, monitoring, evaluation and execution. Program Managers within this team have a significantly expanded skillset to add value and lead engagements comprised of multiple work streams in partnership with the Professional Services organization.

• Design, develop and implement programs and initiatives that support & improve Technology Services
• Coordinate, track and measure the impact of all technology track programs within Professional Services Organization
• Drive day-to-day execution and program management to ensure activity plans remain relevant and are being executed & tracked effectively to realize project objectives and deliverables on time and within budget
• Prepare program & project status reports / scorecards and facilitate meetings to update teams and management regularly on progress, risks, issues, and recommended solutions
• Understand and document inter-dependencies among programs or projects
• Influence, partner and build strong strategic alliances with cross functional leadership
• Successfully drive change management & business transformation while building credible partnership with leadership teams
• Translate business objectives into execution strategy (tactical and strategic)
• Identify and oversee ad hoc strategic projects - everything from defining new opportunities to executing cross-functional initiatives, and closing the gaps in business and operations
• Communicate clearly, consistently and continuously with the supported business unit


• 7+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years of program management experience delivering multiple product implementations
• Experience in program management in professional services organization or implementations is preferred
• Ability to function in an ambiguous, unstructured, fast moving and rapidly changing environment, make quick sense of it all and add value beyond just a task-oriented doer or project manager; display strong oral and written communication skills from the top down; demonstrate superior problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence & motivate teams and leaders across various business and functional areas of the enterprise.
• Experience with tools and technologies such as Salesforce, OpenAir or other PSA applications
• BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MBA or other advanced degree preferred)
• Certifications in Program or Project Management desirable
