A role for a do-er, a quick study, a person who loves to help others learn, the role of Learning Program Manager provides an opportunity to be involved with groundbreaking training and development programs, centered around communicating value of the Kronos solution, in concert with delivering to our customer’s business outcomes.


Responsibilities:

•Lead and manage Learning and Development programs which may include product/solution-focused, consulting/communication-focused, or related programs.
•Create, support, and validate standards for learning and development around solution approaches and delivery of successful customer outcomes.
•Participate in and may lead targeted cross-functional efforts and platforms to cultivate innovation in deliverables and practice.
•Share your passion around an incredible customer experience, from beginning to end, throughout the development and delivery of training.
•Deliver learning in various media, including recorded, remote and live with engaging style and consultative experience, using stories, context and coaching techniques for an interactive experience.
•Utilize broad and deep learning and development and consulting knowledge and experience to share recommended practices and approaches, with the purpose of creating raving fans within our customer base.
•Innovate social learning opportunities and drive awareness for collaboration and networking capabilities where resources can share, learn and develop their skills in a collaborative model.
•Develop cross-functional relationships that allow you to establish and manage education plans to proactively implement anticipated changes.
•Work alongside Instructional Designers to create learning content; develop computer-based and instructor-led courses with a focus on experiential learning.
•Leverage personal and professional experience to bring new opportunities for content and resource development.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. Master’s degree or other formal education in Learning, Instructional Design, Organization Behavior, or Organization Development is preferred.
•3+ years of project or program management in the Learning and Development space required.
•5+ years of experience delivering organizational training is required, consulting or sales training preferred.
•Excellent organizational and program management skills; experience working across teams and specialties.
•Excellent customer-facing consultation and communication skills are a must, including the ability to gather, clarify and develop business requirements, present solutions and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer care.
•Excellent training skills, including dynamic and professional communication and presentation capabilities, both virtual and in person.
•Experience designing multimedia-based training and visual design capability is a plus.
•SaaS implementation experience required
•Experience with one of the following: Articulate Studio/360, Adobe Connect, TechSmith Camtasia, Cornerstone On Demand and virtual learning environments is highly preferred.
•Innovative and creative, adaptive and quick to learn
