Description

The Deployment Methodology Program Manager (Paragon Program Manager) will develop and define the cohesive strategic direction of Kronos’ Paragon program, including methodology and technology. This role will work collaboratively with the Global Services Technology & Information team to define the development roadmap and align with the needs of Professional Services.
As the Paragon Program Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand factors that contribute to deployment success for Workforce Dimensions and Workforce Dimensions Human Capital Management. You will gain insight from and share progress with delivery leadership and must have a keen ability to distill complicated information into understandable chunks, and present both the methodology and technology in a unified, consistent, strategic way.

• Establish framework to support delivery methodologies and processes that are aligned with organizational strategy
• Develop and maintain standardized project templates, guidelines, and procedures
• Experience developing and deploying a methodology or process as well as an understanding how to pull the deployment and implementation methodologies together.
• Collaborate with Global Services Technology & Information to meet deployment technology needs
• Incorporate industry best practices, conduct internal and external benchmarking, and establish standards, key compliance measures, and metrics
• Develop strong working relationship with cross-functional management and team members to actively prioritize requirements and communicate accurate status and progress to all stakeholders
• Facilitate regular feedback gathering sessions and institute continuous improvement processes
• Create and deploy change management and user adoption plans
• Engage with other Field Enablement teams to provide learning opportunities for overall Paragon approach
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities, including developing a formal process improvement framework. Drive continuous process improvement via post-project reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Five plus years Program and Project Management experience, including professional-level schedule, scope, budget, risk, and issue management methodologies and industry best practices
• Excellent executive communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly proficient in utilizing Project, SmartSheet, or other comparable scheduling tools, to develop deliverable-oriented work breakdown structures (WBS), and tracking project progress and inter-dependencies
