This is an exciting new opportunity within our Deployment Strategy team and will be instrumental in defining how we shape the on-boarding customers to our service and then the ongoing customer health within the Kronos Cloud. Working within our Deployments Strategy team you will be focused on consulting with clients, analysing and understanding their business needs and creating a roadmap focused on attaining quick value and then the extended experience to accelerate them through their maturity curve.
Part of a global team, you will work closely with the sales organisation, uncover opportunities for the cloud and sell the value for inclusion into the solution.
Responsibilities Include
• Partner with the Kronos Sales and Pre-sales organizations to develop strategy to pursue and close opportunities
• Provide a single point of contact to Sales for Cloud and services opportunities – the deployment strategy
• Develop an understanding of each target client’s business, operations, and industry trends. Understand the client’s strategic business and technology goals and create the proposed approach and solution.
• Develop a positive relationship with key client decision-makers or influencers who purchase the service in target opportunities.
• Create and communicate a winning strategy and plan for each opportunity
• Drive the sales process to completion coordinating all deployment resources and documentation such as timelines, proposals, Statements of Work, RFP responses, Sales Handovers etc.
• Maintain a pipeline and communicate it to Sales and Services Management.
• Grow cloud and services revenue by interacting with all levels of client management and proposing solutions that provide business benefit
• Increase the overall Margin and value of strategic deals through presenting and positioning creative strategies and leveraging the Kronos Service Portfolio.
• Liaise with the broader global team to support Multi-National opportunities and load balancing


• Previous experience within a cloud-based company required, an understanding of the Human Capital Management space would be an advantage
• Sales, presales, or consulting experience required.
• Previous responsibility for Professional Services and Application Hosting / Cloud Services / Managed Services sales including client presentations, developing SOW’s, responding to RFP’s, estimating projects and negotiating contracts preferred
• Well versed in software implementation methodology with experience defining project requirements, managing project engagements, developing project plans, etc.
• Skilled in the art of consultative selling and negotiating techniques.
• Develop presentation skills to effectively articulate the services value proposition as part of the overall business solution.
• Experienced in closing services business that meets appropriate pricing and margin guidelines.
• Language skills and advantage
• This position requires travel
