Description

•Demonstrates functional understanding of the full suite of products and services, including software, hardware, Cloud, SaaS, software implementation, and education
•Educates customers at a high level during the sale cycle
•Articulates the value of all service offerings by mapping functional customer business needs to Kronos solution(s)
•Understands Kronos implementation methodology and process in order to mitigate risk associated with project delivery.
•Recognizes gaps in knowledge and seeks proper training and development paths.
•Builds strong relationships within Kronos and Customer base.
•Works closely and proactively with sales executives, sales managers, presales, and Services (delivery) leadership
•Educates the sales team on the value of a Service Architect in framing winning business
•Takes direct responsibility for delivering top level Customer Service (CSAT) by clearly articulating Kronos’ value proposition.
•Responds expeditiously to requests for service; matching the customer’s sense of urgency.
•Wins an invitation to the sales cycle early to provide maximum value.
•Continually develop Industry and micro vertical expertise.
•Demonstrate a solid understanding of key day-to-day business issues customers are facing, and how Kronos recommends solving those issues via our solution set.
•Develop ‘micro’ Vertical expertise in order to support multiple opportunity types. (Higher Ed, K-12 in Public Sector, Acute/Non Acute in Healthcare, for example).
•Recognizes gaps in industry expertise, and adheres to development path in order to be a trusted advisor in their respective vertical.
•Demonstrates ability to balance Customer needs with the needs of the Business. The Top Perfomer will support key Corporate initiatives and strategies during the development of Solution/Project.
•Understands key elements of the Kronos business model and impacts on revenue stream, including revenue recognition and cash flow.
•Understands the Kronos partner strategy and landscape in order to support Business decisions and Partner engagement.
•Demonstrates ability to identify, and subsequently mitigate, risks as it pertains to Solution/Project development. Top Performers will be able to support project approach internally through sound business acumen, as well as mitigate risk directly with Customer(s) through effective communication and delivery framework (SOW, estimate, etc).

Qualifications

•Strong customer-facing skills, including C-Level presentation abilities.
•Workforce Management software experience
•Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills
•Sales and negotiation skills
•Demonstrates ability to manage several opportunities concurrently
•Past software implementation project management experience is preferred
