Description

An opportunity to demonstrate and educate our customers on the value of our suite of products and services; including software, hardware, Cloud, SaaS, software implementation, and education.

You’ll be involved during the sales cycle – mapping customers needs to Kronos solutions and building strong relationships, understanding business issues, and how Kronos recommends solving those issues via our solution set.

Your ability to mitigate risk directly with customers through effective communication and delivery framework will ensure your success in this role and recognition within senior leadership of our business.

Responsibilities include:
•Understanding Kronos implementation methodology to mitigate risk associated with project delivery
•Educating the sales team on the value of a Service Architect in winning business
•Delivering top level Customer Service (CSAT) by clearly articulating Kronos’ value proposition
•Developing ‘micro’ Vertical expertise to support multiple opportunity types. (Higher Education, K-12 in Public Sector, Acute/Non Acute in Healthcare, for example)
•Understanding key elements of the Kronos business model and impact on revenue stream, including revenue recognition and cash flow.
•Understanding the Kronos partner strategy and landscape to support Business decisions and Partner engagement.

Qualifications

Ideally you’ll have:
•Strong customer-facing skills, including C-Level presentation abilities
•Workforce Management software experience
•Effective problem-solving skills
•Sales and negotiation skills
•Ability to manage several opportunities concurrently
