The Service Architect III is focused on pre-sales for services opportunities working with Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Dimensions products. He or she has the ability to develop service strategies for the complex opportunity sets, including multi-national deployments. Strong understanding of the consultative framework allows the individual to consistently contribute and lead the pursuit strategy. Provides inputs that influence business outcomes. Able to strategically position SaaS solutions and provide a clear long term economic value for customers.

• Actively supports the mid-market to enterprise client segment through a developing understanding of industry trends.
• Demonstrates functional understanding of the full suite of products and services, including software, hardware, Cloud, SaaS, software implementation, and education.
• Educates customers at a high level during the sale cycle.
• Articulates the value of all service offerings by mapping functional customer business needs to Kronos solution(s).
• Understands Kronos implementation methodology and process in order to mitigate risk associated with project delivery.
• Has a clear understanding of business/project profitability and actively participates in forecasting activities.
• An understanding of Kronos business model supports the development of risk mitigation strategies, with the individual able to substantiate these strategies in Senior leadership settings.
• Supports opportunity forecast planning and budgeting/forecast process, potentially at the practice/vertical level.
• Uses Salesforce to track/update customer information.

Qualifications

This is a remote opportunity with 25% travel requirement.

The Service Architect III must demonstrate an ability to exercise independent judgment, make critical business decisions, and be able to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.

• 5 plus years of experience in a consultative and/or pre-sales role
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
• WFM/HCM domain experience a plus
• Strong customer-facing skills, including C-Level presentation abilities.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Demonstrates ability to manage several opportunities concurrently

Customer Focus:
• Developing industry and product expertise allow individual to independently support mid-market to enterprise opportunities.
• Developing a functional understanding of the full suite of products and services, including software, hardware, Cloud, SaaS, software implementation, and education.
• Ability to independently develop and support basic business output and collateral.

Personal and Team Development:
• Fully able to present solutions professionally and effectively to customers, though Executive level presence in need of improvement.
• Can deliver impactful delivery approach, with managerial oversight.
• Long term strategic development strategies still may require senior level oversight/validation.
• Actively supports the customer onboarding experience through Sales and Service collaboration.
• Will actively participate in an individual learning path, as identified by leadership, to foster personal development.
• Seeks consistent personal and professional development
