The Services Architect position is the focal point for effective communication with the client/prospect for the development of a services solution, which includes all services offered by Kronos and its partners (where appropriate) including: professional and cloud services, industry consulting, education, custom development, and maintenance. This role will primarily support the Central Canada region but also serve as overflow for other regions.

• Consult with clients to analyze and understand the client's business needs and create a services solution to meet those requirements
• Prepare SOW's (Statements of Work)
• Present solutions professionally and effectively to internal and external customers
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Kronos services and practices and work with each service line to create and coordinate the proposed solution and pricing
• Drive revenue by evaluating, positioning and selling the optimal services components for the client, while acting as the single point of contact for sales and clients for services opportunities
• Develop a functional understanding of the full suite of products and services, including software, hardware, Cloud, SaaS, software implementation, and education
• Actively supports the customer on-boarding experience through Sales and Service collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2-3 plus years experience in a pre-sales and/or consulting capacity
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to exercise independent judgement
• Experience in one of the Kronos verticals preferred
• An understanding of Workforce Management preferred
• Ability and desire to work in a high-volume environment at a quick pace
• Preference for this role to be based in the Eastern and Central timezones as this role will primarily support our Central region
