Description

• Act as the Global Services Organization’s representative to the product release readiness process, partnering with Engineering, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Support and Education on all release readiness needs.
• Develop and execute Service Readiness Plans for new product, release and service offering introductions into the Global Services organization.
•Identify, document and drive serviceability requirements into the Product and Service Engineering release processes.
•Routinely communicate and report relevant information to the Global Services organization on new product features, new processes, release status and opportunities for Services resources to enhance their expertise in delivering and supporting Kronos’ Solutions.
•Collaborate with subject matter experts on the development of recommended practices and support the translation of those practices into appropriate implementation and support tool sets.
•Drive optimization and efficiency into the product release, implementation and support processes.
•Design and manage pre-release and post-release programs to validate and ensure the readiness of the Global Services Organization for new products, releases and service offerings.

Qualifications

•Experience introducing new products, releases and services to the market and to internal audiences
-5+ year experience working in and/or supporting a Global Professional Services and Support organization
•Experience developing and managing product requirements
•Experience with process creation, optimization and deployment
•Extensive knowledge of Kronos core and strategic products offerings (expertise in one or more of the following preferred: Scheduling, Analytics, Integration)
•Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; Strong organization and project planning; Exceptional time management and prioritization; Proactive and positive interaction across all levels of an organization; Committed team player and cross-functional partner
• Required Education: B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent work experience in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related field

Willingness to travel 25% - 30%
