Description

Working within the Field Project Operations team, the Project Operations Admin performs project setup in our OpenAir PSA system. Supports the Project Operations Specialist with closing projects, creating and processing change orders and performing QA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Reviewing customer order documents – Order form, Statement of Work, Change Order, etc.
• Creating projects using our Order Assignment tool
• OpenAir project enrichments as required
• Performing quality assurance check for coworkers’ projects
• Assisting Project Operations Specialist with change orders and project closures
• Placing/Removing projects on/from Service Hold as needed

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Attend team calls and meetings as requested, be flexible to support different TZ when/where required, Primary working hours 7am - 4pm and 12 pm – 9 pm
• Work collaboratively with Sales Operations, Accounts Receivable and other Kronos internal partners

Qualifications

Qualifications
• 3 years post-secondary education required or relevant work experience
• 2 years working with customers in an operations or customer service environment
• Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in a professional services environment
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on account support to include strong grammar, spelling and writing skills
• A demonstrated ability to work with people in all levels of the organization
• Must be organized and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ability to learn other software applications as required of the position. This position also requires the ability to navigate and use web-based applications
• Availability for limited travel as requested
• Should demonstrate Kronos Core Competencies
