Working within the Field Service Operations team, the Service Operations Specialist performs project setup in OpenAir PSA system, supports a group of Professional Services Practice Directors, Project Managers and Consultants by processing orders, troubleshooting project issues and performing QA and audits to ensure data integrity.

Responsible for supporting Service Operations within a specified vertical or workgroup(s).
• Reviewing customer order documents – Order form, Statement of Work, Change Order, etc.
• Creating projects using Order Assignment tool
• OpenAir project enrichments as required
• Performing quality assurance check for coworkers’ projects
• Assisting Project Managers with change orders, project closures, reports, credits and research as requested
• Monitoring audit reports and making corrections as necessary to maintain data integrity in OpenAir PSA system
• Researching customer invoice issues and assisting in resolution and or credit submission
• Assisting Practice Directors with revenue recognition research as requested

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Attend team calls and meetings as requested, Be flexible to support different TZ when/where required, Primary working hours 8am - 5pm
• Work collaboratively with Sales Operations, Accounts Receivable and other Kronos internal partners


• 2-4 years post-secondary education required or relevant work experience, 3+ years working with customers in an operations or customer service environment
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in a professional services environment
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on account support to include strong grammar, spelling and writing skills, a demonstrated ability to work with people in all levels of the organization - demonstrating Kronos Core Competencies
• Must be organized and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ability to learn other software applications as required of the position. This position also requires the ability to navigate and use web based applications
• Availability for limited travel as requested
