In this position, the Bank Compliance Sr. Treasury Analyst will support the UKG Select Services and Payroll Services businesses and will report directly to the Sr. Director of Treasury & Cash Operations. The position is responsible for managing the bank compliance for our growing number of bank partnerships and state licensing. The bank compliance responsibilities include third-party sender and third-party payment processor audits, money services business reporting, Know Your Customer due diligence and NACHA audits.

•Coordination and prioritization of all bank compliance deliverables to meet deadlines established by our bank partners and state licensing agencies as required to meet our operational needs.

• Maintain effective communication with internal teams, working in coordination with the AML Compliance, Privacy & Risk, Corporate Treasury and Treasury Operations teams to facilitate the completion of all bank compliance requirements.

•Complete bank compliance documentation and confirm accuracy of all submitted data to ensure successful processing and approval from bank partners.

•Monitor adherence by all teams of the established policies and procedures as it relates to bank compliance requirements.

•Customize system reports to pull customer processing data and work with Development on reporting needs to support bank compliance requirements and drive efficiency improvements.

•Assume additional responsibilities and duties as necessary to ensure department objectives are met.

•Effectively communicate bank compliance and state licensing reporting status to Management.

•Demonstrate integrity, ethics, accountability, responsibility, initiative and teamwork at all times.


•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or related field required
•3-5 years of treasury, banking or compliance experience
•Experience within a payroll/tax/benefits processing organization or other payments services industry that handles client funds preferred
•Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
•Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational and communication skills
•Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with senior leadership, business units and departments
•Proficiency to the intermediate level using spreadsheet, database and graphics applications; e.g., Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
