The Employee Success team is looking for a Senior Talent Development Program Manager to create and drive the strategy around individual contributor (IC) career growth and development at UKG. In this role, you will serve as a SME around learning and development and will be responsible for enterprise-wide development programs for our U Krewers across the globe. You will work with a variety of learning platforms and vendors and collaborate across our talent ecosystem to develop innovative learning experiences that support our core values and behaviors, align to our business strategy, and support a culture of learning across the organization.

• Create Talent Development Strategy for all individual contributors (ICs) at UKG in line with strategic goals
• Lead the IC development experience program architecture and design
• Set direction for program management and tracking of all IC Talent Development programs and offerings
• Set direction for program/offering communications and platform for IC learning
• Collaborate with and guide Learning Experience and OPS team
• Collaborate with and align to leadership development and pipeline programs
• Lead the development of IC Curriculum/Learning Paths on core competencies
• Provide input on model selection/creation in support of business needs (e.g. Feedback model)

• Program Architecture
• Microsoft Office Products
• Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
• Experienced at communicating and collaborating across multiple levels of an organization to include executive level leaders
• 5 -7 years Talent Development Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development or Business field. Master’s degree a plus
