Description

As part of the Leadership and Organization function, the Leadership Assessment and Development Team is responsible for driving our global talent pipeline and developing our leaders to develop our leaders. The focus for this team is to strategically assess, develop, and transition our people through the pipeline. The Talent Development, Senior Program Manager, is responsible to:

- Strategize with HR business partners, organization development consultants, and leaders in region to customize and deploy manager, leader, and high potential development and transition programs and offerings in region based on an understanding of unique business priorities and needs
- Provide consultative services re: manager, leader, and high potential development to leaders in region
- Utilize learning agility and quantitative and qualitative multi-rater assessments to deliver leadership pipeline development offerings including consults, talent, and programs in region
- Provide one-on-one coaching to referring leaders and participant leaders re: customized assessment, development, and transition
- Lead global manager and leader development programs and offerings, such as the aspiring manager program and leadership coaching
- Provide Leadership Assessment and Development Team support to both the EMEA and APAC regions

Qualifications

The preferred candidate has demonstrated:
- Knowledge and application of concepts and models in the field of leadership development
- Program management skills
- Consultation and coaching skills (written and verbal communication, questioning, observing, listening, analysis, synthesis, diagnosis, advising)
- Small and large group facilitation skills
- Experience with the interpretation and application of self- and multi-rater assessments
- Experience working across countries/cultures
- Fluency in English
