Description

• Work closely with Engineering team to design, test and deliver Kronos Workforce applications
• Identify, Develop, document and execute test scenarios/test cases to ensure quality product releases and compliance to requirements
• Ensure all tests are Automated using the technology and framework implemented for the project
• Ensure automation test suites are executed and maintained for any product, script updates
• Ensure to learn the product functionality, features and domain
• Ensure proper functioning and performance of a applications and platforms for the product under release process
• Ensure to use and follow modern test methodologies and processes throughout the software development life cycle
• Work as an individual contributor in Agile team environment and collaborate with team to deliver the product releases
• Demonstrate ability to deliver quality product releases on schedule, using risk analysis and defect containment practices, test automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Should have good knowledge of SDLC/STLC, test design techniques
• Should have good knowledge and experience in SQL Server / Any database, Java
• Should have good knowledge and experience of Functional testing, automation, reporting defects along with root cause, trouble shooting skills

Qualifications

•Graduate degree in Computer Sc./Engineering from top colleges of state universities and other good engineering institutes with 60% throughout academics
•Degrees attained B.Tech /B.E./MCA/M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc./M.S. in Computer Science / IT and related field
•3 – 5 Years IT industry experience working with product companies and top tier service level organization
•Experience with software test automation tool(s) like UFT or Web driver, Selenium using frameworks and descriptive programming will be an added advantage.
•Good experience in test management tools like ALM, JIRA
•Good at problem solving with excellent documentation and communication skills
•Process-oriented with high attention to detail and good follow-through
