Kronos in Australia is going through a period of growth and we are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team. This is a highly visible, standalone role responsible for full life cycle recruiting in Australia and New Zealand. You will be key in helping hire top talent to drive business success across the region.

• Sources, screens and interviews candidates from both internal and external sources ensuring that recruiting practices comply with local legislation.
• Develops applicant flow for key positions. Develops and implements sources for applicants using internet sourcing, employee referral programs, job fairs, trade fairs, associations, etc.
• Leverage data, analytics and market insights to influence hiring decisions
• Works closely with line managers and the business in understanding hiring needs and delivers qualified, quality candidates to meet expectations.
• Partner and consult with key stakeholders across the region, building strong relationships to enable the success of the business
• Participate in value add initiatives to help ensure we remain a global team in an ever-changing environment.

Qualifications

• An opportunity for a recruiter who is currently working within agency looking to move in-house or an in-house recruiter looking to progress their career
• Organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is an absolute must
• You must be a self-starter who is able to work independently with little daily supervision.
• You should have prior experience recruiting across levels within a multidisciplinary environment
• Strong direct sourcing skills is a must to be successful in this role
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with management and employees on hiring issues
• Excellent interviewing skills for establishing rapport with candidate and gathering information for hiring decisions
