Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) is looking for an experienced senior level Program Manager who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment. The role requires a person who can build strong relationships, fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams and has strong ability to plan, organize and facilitate cross organizational product launches. This role will have dual responsibilities that include ownership of leading and executing readiness across the organization for product offering launches and recurring product releases as well as an enabler for readiness by providing oversight, consulting and support of readiness activities across our product suite. Success in this role will be demonstrated through high quality product offering launches, collaborative project teams, and happy stakeholders. The position must have a bias for execution and a high level of drive and creativity to constantly assess and improve areas of responsibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams from across the organization to understand their readiness needs and ensure strong collaboration in a unified approach to launching new product offerings
• Build and maintain relationships within Technology & Innovation teams to understand their role and timing of engagement in new product offering launches (i.e., Technology Operations, Release Management, etc.)
• When a single product team is launching a new product offering, collaborate with the Delivery Assurance Manager to ensure all needed cross-functional collaborators are engaged and all readiness requirements are being met
• When a new product offering involves multiple product teams, take the lead in coordinating cross-functional readiness efforts to ensure a cohesive, united launch effort; including providing leadership and stakeholder updates on status and risks associated with the launch
• Consult with teams outside of Delivery Assurance to ensure cross-functional readiness is being performed consistently for all organizational initiatives
• Meet regularly with various teams within Product to gain insight into upcoming launches of new product offerings and new product capabilities to ensure cross-functional readiness is being planned appropriately
• Provide oversight to ensure all Delivery Assurance teams are adhering to standard readiness processes and best practices
• Solicit feedback on readiness activities from cross-functional teams on a regular basis, meeting with key stakeholders on a monthly basis to continue to evolve and improve process
• Incorporate lessons learned into process improvements and documented best practices
• Maintain the UKG Pro Readiness site in SharePoint based on feedback from internal cross-functional audiences, along with documentation outlining readiness processes and best practices
• Set and manage expectations with diverse groups of cross-functional stakeholders


• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years’ experience successfully managing programs and projects• Experience managing projects to launch new products or services, with an understanding of how to achieve organizational and customer readiness
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and effectively manage cross-functional readiness as a collaborative, united effort
• Ability to effectively and concisely communicate status to leadership
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in successfully designing and implementing a collaborative, united approach to working with cross-functional teams in launching new product offerings
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience working in a product led technology organization
• Familiar with agile practices and tooling
