Description

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for identifying and defining market requirements to be delivered as a feature set in product releases. This position involves close interaction with development leads, product architects, UX, marketing, sales, professional services and key customers. A strong technical background is required.

•Lead a small team of product mangers/product owners effectively
•Work with product managers to discover, interpret, and document product requirements at a detailed level
•Work closely with agile scrum teams to ensure common understanding of detailed product requirements, use cases, and priorities
•Assist in reviewing team deliverables to ensure the achievement of business goals
•Ability to work both independently and in team-oriented structures
•Strong organizational and analytical skills
•Provide functional demonstrations of products
•Assist in drafting and editing product-related documentation
•Work with cross functional teams in support of organizational and product readiness

Qualifications

Qualifications
•5 - 7+ years’ experience interpreting, formalizing, and communicating business and/or product requirements in a product management role
•Strong mentoring and coaching experience
•Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams/stakeholders
•Strong organizational and analytical skills
•Ability to work both independently and in team-oriented structures
•Ability to work collaboratively across functional boundaries and across multiple organization levels to drive to results
•Must have a positive attitude with the ability to adapt to change quickly and easily

One or more of the following is also desired:
•Enterprise SaaS software solution experience
•Commercial product management experience or similar
•Experience working with Agile or Agile Scrum methodologies
•Experience working with Human Capital Management Software
•Strong domain knowledge in optimized scheduling a plus
