The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for enhancing UKG’s SaaS Workforce Dimensions products, with a focus on extending the platform through integrations and delivering new and creative features to expand the products’ scope. As part of the Product Management team, you will work closely with strategic partners, engineering, architecture, marketing and our services teams to drive our product direction for an extensible enterprise integration platform across the full suite of Workforce Dimensions solutions. We are looking for an innovative Senior Product Manager that will join our growing team.

• Coordinate the collection, description, analysis, and prioritization of requests for new product functionality
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with existing customers to identify the relationship of business needs to product features
• Review requirements & designs with customers and other stakeholders
• Demonstrate product features, business challenges and solutions to internal and external customers
• Partner with other product managers to understand the application usage patterns
• Create functional specification documents containing detailed use cases for internal and external consumption as well as work with other product managers and architects to finalize feature designs and reviews
• Support the process of translating functional requirements to user stories for use in Agile development
• Work with QA engineers to create product demonstration and usage scenarios
• Deliver product feature demonstrations to customers in pre-GA delivery situations to ensure functional requirements of the solution have been met
• Participate with the engineering team, helping scope, plan, and execute weekly product commitments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent experience and 8+ years of experience working in enterprise software companies
• Technical background and ability to work closely with engineers as well as experience with Agile development methodology
• Strong use of analytics, user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
• Proven experience building products and features throughout the whole product life-cycle partnering with external vendors
• Strong client facing and relationship building skills
• Strong communication, presentation, organization and written skills
• Exceptional teamwork & leadership skills
