As part of the KRONOS Workforce Ready product team dedicated to small and medium-sized business customers, you will contribute by your work to develop the Canadian market. The development of this product is dazzling in North America.
You will be part of a small team of Software Product Managers who work mostly remotely from the United States (from home). This position is open in Canada or the United States

• Work with Product Managers and clients within Workforce Ready, and conduct research to discover, interpret and document Payroll and HR product requirements at a detailed level
• Assist with analyzing integration vendors for Canadian tax calculations and tax fling across all provinces and territories
• Proactively research market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments specific to the Canadian market
• Work closely with Agile Scrum teams to ensure common understanding of detailed product requirements, use cases and priorities
• Assist in reviewing team deliverables to ensure the achievement of business goals.Provide functional demonstrations of products
• Assist in drafting and editing product-related documentation
• Work with cross functional teams in support of product launch


• 5+ years’ HR and payroll industry experience in product management, product ownership, or product support roles. Experience interpreting, formalizing and communicating business and/or product requirements in a business analyst role
• Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams/stakeholders
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and in team-oriented structures
• Must have a positive attitude with the ability to adapt to change quickly and easily

One or more of the following is also desired :
• Fluent in both English and French
• Enterprise SaaS software solution experience
• Commercial product management experience or similar
• Experience working with Agile or Agile Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with Workforce Management software
• Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) Certification
