The Senior Training Manager will be responsible for driving the learning programs that train, enable and support various functions across the Engineering and Kronos Global Support Organizations including, New Product Development, QA, Architecture, Global Support, Product Management, etc.

• This is a pivotal role in a rapidly growing technology company where strategic learning programs are an integral part of the business strategy
• This role will manage a staff of learning professionals and several complex learning programs
• Work with US-based leadership to oversee the design, development, delivery and management of several customized learning and enablement programs for an audience of over 1500 global technical professionals
• Drive the execution of multiple instructional design and development programs including creating and maintaining project plans, facilitating teamwork across geographies and ensuring the project meets the objectives established
• Engage with senior leadership to define learning needs and make recommendations and gain buy-in for solutions and learning programs
• Partner with the Business Transformation Team to augment technical training needs with the soft skills-based learning needed to offer a comprehensive learning solution that addresses all facets of the business need
• A result-oriented business professional with abilities in managing projects, improving efficiency in business administration and operations, leading teams and detailing step-by-step project information to determine effective processes in operations
• Use data analytics to demonstrate project success and return on investment


The required skills for the role are -

• 5 - 10 years technical training management experience in a SaaS technology organization
• Experience managing large-scale learning programs from needs assessment through evaluation
• Experience in managing the development of e-learning, micro-learning and/or self-paced learning
• Experience working with a US based company required
• Highly evolved communication competency, ability to interact with senior leadership and present a business case
