An exciting new opportunity to join a high-performance Human Resources team located in the Crosspoint facility in Lowell, Massachusetts. In addition to the responsibilities below, this newly created role with be responsible for driving Kronos' HR technology strategy and roadmap.

• Oversees HR technology utilization to drive business strategies across the organization.
• Manages the technical configuration of talent suites: learning, performance management.
• Supervises the systems HRIS team, managing goals, development and performance.
• Designs, implements and delivers effective solutions for human resources.
• Oversees development of standardized processes; evaluates current processes and makes adjustment as needed.
• Participates in and leads cross-functional project teams to provide and implement effective system solutions to human resources.
• Oversees the system development and delivery of HR metrics and analytical reporting.
• Plans, organizes, and oversees HR systems related projects.
• Develops and maintains business relationships with organizations outside of HR.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years relevant experience, including at least 5 years working with HR systems
• Demonstrated experience leading a high performing team
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Microsoft product skills preferred
• Bachelor degree preferred
