Finance Shared Services center is ~85 FTEs center providing end to end Finance services to our global teams spanning P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, Tax & Treasury as well as compliance activities. This position will support 2-3 specific sub-functions in the Order to Cash domain. The role will stabilize the existing processes , while effectively leading & expanding the scope of the delivery teams that are already in place. The leader in this role would be expected to collaborate with teams locally and globally being, Sales Operations, Contracts, Collections, Order Management as well as with other Finance Shared Services functional leaders and Global Process Owners in meeting service standards per SLAs. This position will be based out of Kronos Noida office in India and will report to the Director of Finance Shared Services based in Noida. Further, this position will operate during 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST.

Primary Responsibilities ᅠ
• This position will oversee and direct the performing of various activities of the Order to Cash teams namely Customer Registration, Order Entry & Review, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Credit & Collections, Cash Applications including the accounting of the said activities.
• Collaborate across different functions including with Global Process Owners in building internal control guidelines and procedures for activities across the teams including customer facing cash and credit management activities
• Driving process improvements, standardization and optimization in collaboration with other teams including Systems and utilizing innovation forums. On ground operationalisation of the GPO and Finance Shared Services leadership vision.
• Develop and establish a service management culture by embedding service standards, KPIs and SLAs as part of performance standards
• Work closely with the customers in identifying opportunities for improvement / reasons for sub - par performance & execute on them
• Month end accounting (Accrual preparation, Journal preparation, variance analysis and posting)
• Ensure credit review and relevant approval processes comply with company internal controls, sales contracts are recorded and booked timely according to company processing cutoffs and with high accuracy, invoices are provided to customers timely with high accuracy, and timely cash applications, dispute resolution and escalation to customer contacts in relevant regions
• Provide regular reporting to management on performance metrics including ones on efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness
• Manage the relationship with key stakeholders and reporting teams to propose solutions, and facilitate prioritization of work
• Responsible for Staff engagement and growth strategy including training, career development and other interventions. Building & nurturing talent across the 20+ member team while driving process excellence alongside would be a key priority of the role


• Qualified Accountant preferably CA, ICWA or Full time Masters in Business Administration from premier institution with more than 10-12 years of post qualification experience
• Experience in Captive Shared Services or BPOs
• Knowledge of GAAP, SOX, General ledger, finance and accounting processes
• High attention to detail, organization, team-orientation and an ability to work under tight deadlines
• Very strong communication, presentation, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen; ability to engage with all levels of the organization for process improvement and reporting
