This is a new management position reporting to the Senior Finance Director on the Corporate FP&A team to support the company growth. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for driving, establishing, documenting, supporting the implementation of and communicating FP&A-wide processes and policies with a focus on efficiency and enhancing business value-added insight.

Responsibilities
• Manage the Company’s annual budget process and periodic forecasting process
• Work collaboratively with players across our various financial planning and analysis teams (Sales, Cloud, Service, International and Corporate) and Accounting as part of the budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes and to drive forward overall improvements for the financial planning and analysis organization
• Responsible for generation and distribution of consolidated management reporting and investor reporting
• Responsible for creation of Corporate results presentations for Board of Directors and Senior Management Operations Review meetings
• Responsible for maintaining and driving continuous improvement/efficiency in the budget application (Host Analytics)
• Strive to continuously improve reporting to reflect the evolving business and to enhance business value-added insight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required, MBA and/or CPA preferred with 8+ years of progressive experience working in FP&A/accounting at a large, multi-national technology company (SaaS company experience a plus)
• Highly motivated and able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior management experience strongly preferred
• Very comfortable challenging the status quo with demonstrated experience in process improvement
• Comfortable executing and getting into the detail but also able to come out of the detail and communicate at an executive level
• Very comfortable working in a matrixed organization and able to influence without authority
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Experience with budgeting tools, datawarehouses and large scale ERPs (Host Analytics, Cognos, Salesforce Configure Price Quote and Oracle a plus)
