Description

The Workforce Dimensions Integration Support Specialist is expected to deliver high quality, comprehensive customer support on delivered Dell Boomi based integrations across the Workforce Dimensions suite to a variety of end users across diverse industries. He/she will spend time embedded with the integration development team to ensure proper onboarding.

Responsibilities:
• As an Integration support specialist, you will be expected to develop your product knowledge, integration technologies and our process through training, documentation and hands on customer case experience
• Use highly developed troubleshooting skills to clearly isolate product anomalies and deliver clear and concise resolution direction to customers
• Provide outstanding customer service using skills and techniques that promote customer satisfaction and retention
• Organize and accurately record problem statements, troubleshooting efforts, results and next steps within timeframes that ensure success
• Continued updating of technical skills and process knowledge for adherence to service level commitments, customer expectations, and the changing technology landscape

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a Computer Science or related discipline
• 3+ years developing and/or supporting interfaces for integrating enterprise software applications
• Experience with the following:
o Dell Boomi and Graphical Programming Language preferred
o Groovy Scripting or other scripting languages
o REST APIs and API development tools such as Postman
o SQL (including evaluating/writing store procedures)
• Must be able to prioritize tasks, foster a team atmosphere and work well in a fast paced, time sensitive technical support environment
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
• Must be well organized, flexible and able to manage many details in a sometimes-stressful environment simultaneously
• Experience with the Kronos Workforce Central Suite is a plus
• Travel potential of up to 25%
• Flexibility in work hours with availability to work schedules later in the workday
