Kronos Products and Technology group has an immediate need for an Integrations Engineer to focus on our Workforce Dimensions product, reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering. In this transformational role, he/she will work closely with a cross-functional team to develop and support integration strategies utilizing an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaas.) The successful candidate will have previous enterprise level experience with Boomi/Talend or SnapLogic Integration Platforms and are able to design and support integrations utilizing these platforms. We are seeking candidates with a start-up mentality who can adapt quickly and effectively to changing priorities.

In this role you will:

• Work with Engineering, Architects, and Integration Consultants to support integrations that utilize Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) e.g. Boomi.
• Support the design, development and implementation of integration solutions between cloud, on-premise and hybrid platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams across geographies to provide feedback for enhancing the supportability of APIs to make integrations seamless.
• Work with internal stakeholders at all levels to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data integration needs, answer questions on function and usage of the product.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of high visibility and urgent customer issues related to integrations.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working with Integration Platform as a Service
• Strong understanding of API based integration platforms using application integration tools like Boomi/Talend or SnapLogic Integration Platform to build moderate to complex integrations
• Strong understanding of REST-based web services/APIs
• Great analytical and debugging skills to debug complex integrations, as well as exposure to performance optimization
• Strong understanding of script programming such as JavaScript, Groovy, and JSON
• Good understanding of Cloud-first, Multi-cloud and Hybrid-cloud architectural solutions and integration patterns
• Knowledge of API Management and Authentication/ Security
• Knowledge of Cloud Service Providers, specifically Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services
• Ability to work collaboratively across functional boundaries to drive high quality results
• Preferred experience in HCM / Payroll / Time & Labor domain integrations
• Experience working on products and integrations such as SuccessFactors, Workday and ADP is a plus
