**KRONOS is having 2 similar positions. 100% remote, but candidates need to be in Canada and eligible to work**

The Integration Consultant is responsible for creating solutions for different CANADA based clients to meet their interfacing requirements with Kronos products in their environment. The interfacing requirements could be creating different kind of input / output files using Dell Boomi Integration Hub. The successful candidate will utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. He/She will work remotely to implement and support the Kronos solutions, and will work closely with the Kronos Project Managers to complete tasks delegated by the Project Managers toward completing system implementations. Other responsibilities will include the following customer related tasks:
- Using Professional Services concepts, implement software in various environments
- Understanding the requirements from the client
- Preparing the design document - Coding, testing and deploying the interfaces
- User Acceptance Testing Support
- Deploy and Release to production environment
- Final Hand Off to Global Support

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- HCM and/or WFM domain experience
- Experience in creating interfaces for upstream/downstream applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer interfacing skills

Strong asset
- At least 4- 6 years of industry experience including Dell Boomi and/or Kronos Integration Experience
- You are open to travel 25% of your time in Western or Central Canada
- French Proficiency
