The IT organization is looking for an IT Business Analyst to be part of a global team focused on supporting our ERP footprint and implementing medium to large sized system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and supporting multiple modules of Oracle EBS in organizations of medium to large software companies on a global level. The IT Business Analyst must have strong written and verbal communication skills along with an aptitude for problem solving and analytical thinking.

The IT Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

• Analyzes complex business problems and provides expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing solutions that are cost effective, meet user requirements, complement business processes and consider data quality requirements.
• Collaborates with project team members when executing large cross-functional projects
• Analyzes, documents, implements and validates business requests for configuration changes, including analyzing potential impact on integrations and data warehouse solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and regional stakeholders, understanding their challenges and associated IT solutions and requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis for integration errors and recommend short-term workarounds and permanent solutions.
• Create Knowledge Base articles and promote knowledge transfer to team members and other IT support teams.
• Collaborates regularly with other Business Analysts on cross-functional requests and solutions.
• Work together with Technical staff to develop custom extensions to seeded business applications when needed.
• Works closely with QA analysts and may perform regression testing related to Patches and Upgrades.
• Plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing when needed.
• Responsible for the overall ownership and management of individual service requests Manages Requests for Change adhering to Kronos’ best practices Change Management Process.
• Work together with core team and the change management team to adhere to the change management processes and procedures required by Kronos.


• 8-10 years of experience as an Oracle EBS business analyst using either 11i or R12
• Proficient in at least two of the following modules:
o Order Management
o Accounts Receivable
o Service Contracts
o General Ledger
o Accounts Payable
o iProcurement
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated success in working on a global team
• Demonstrated success supporting a global user base
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exposure to Sabrix or Vertex tax tools
• Exposure to back office business processes supported by an Oracle eBusiness Suite solution.
• Working knowledge of SQL and query tools such as TOAD
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and Data Warehousing principles
• Experience with Revenue Recognition concepts a plus.
• Experience with Revenue Recognition systems is a plus
