The HRIS Analyst, will be mainly responsible for project work associated with the Kronos Talent Acquisition System, (Avature) in addition to other systems that support HR deliverables. This individual will serve as a consultant partner for our internal Talent Acquisition team and will partner with them on developing solutions, promoting best in class practices, gathering requirements, configuration, testing and technical support for all TA initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a guide and partner for talent acquisition to identify and implement technical solutions that fit with the overall Kronos talent acquisition strategy
• Work with HRBPs and People Managers to determine where processes and procedures can be streamlined, and which projects can be prioritized to meet their needs
• Work with TA System Analyst to define requirements and strategy for ongoing TA projects
• Identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of processes, systems, and reports
• Manage application setup and configuration in support of enhancements to provide additional functionality
Secondary
• Liaise with other departments and outside entities on integration of systems to reduce duplication and drive automation of information flow
• Participate in Department's implementation and integration of new systems as needed.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the HR Department, providing expert functional and technical support to the organization in the use and maintenance of HR system(s)
• Partner with stakeholders in other departments for audits, reporting, projects, and other inter-departmental initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
•3 to 5+ years’ experience in similar HRIS and/or IT function
• Prior knowledge of Avature (preferred) or another ATS
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and data analytics skills with demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and develop/implement new or streamlined workflows
• Demonstrated aptitude to learn new software solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Experience in various HR products is preferred
• Project management skills- capable of overseeing a project from end-to-end including intake, analysis, testing, planning, communication and roll out
