This dynamic position, residing in the Finance organization, requires a highly strategic thinker that can help drive requirements for the Finance organization in an upcoming Data warehouse/Reporting redesign. This person will also work across all areas of the Global Finance organization to achieve greater efficiency and automation, using Kronos business systems and reporting tools. The ideal candidate should have a deep background in the reporting and modeling of financial data and metrics in a SaaS Software environment. This person should be comfortable working with senior levels of Kronos management in the development of new reporting tools and processes.

• Collaborate with Global Finance organization to define and evaluate requirements for the development and deployment of new or revamped data warehousing and reporting solutions.
• Work with Finance business partners to develop well organized KPI’s, primarily through an Enterprise Data Warehouse and reporting platform
• Work with functional and technical teams to identify data anomalies and resolve data quality issues to ensure report accuracies
• Take a strategic view in analyzing reporting impacts of changes caused by new business processes, system integrations, etc. Research potential solutions and communicate alternatives with Finance management.
• Drive system related topics on global finance process improvement initiatives:
- Identify global best practices and industry standards
- Facilitate discussions and translate business and functional requirements documents
- Work with business to re-engineer existing processes and configurations within the existing ERP application. Research “Best in Breed” alternatives when required.
• Collaborate in the development and maintenance of the long-term application roadmap for financial systems
• Drive systems related training programs to ensure effective and efficient use of Kronos systems


• B.A./B.S. degree and a minimum of 10 years relevant experience
• Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a demonstrated understanding of how to interpret customers’ business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Experience communicating business and technical requirements with both business and technical partners at all levels of the organization
• “Out of the box” thinker, not afraid to challenge the status quo, to achieve greater efficiencies in the Finance organization
• Experience driving system related topics on global finance process improvement initiatives
• Experience working with ERP applications (preferably Oracle EBS and/or Salesforce CPQ)
• Prior experience in a functional finance/accounting role preferred
• Experience with using leading Business Intelligence tools such as IBM Cognos, PowerBI, and Tableau
• Demonstrated understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational data models
• Prior reporting, or analytical experience in a SaaS environment preferred
