We are actively seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to partner with and support our professional services team. As the Financial Analyst, you will report to the Senior Finance Manager for Professional Services and be a key liaison to Finance in planning and executing professional services initiatives, strategy, and key business projects as well as being a business partner to the Vice President of Global Professional Services. We are seeking an enthusiastic, team player who will be responsible for financial reporting and extensive analysis using complex financial models that supports the operational effectiveness of the workgroup and will be used to influence and drive key business decisions within Professional Services.

Other responsibilities:
• Define and measure business performance.
• Prepare month end financial reporting packages
• Graph, chart and prepare quarterly operations packages
• Various reports and trend analysis of financial forecasts
• Yearly planning and budget preparation
• Expense Analysis

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of financial analysis experience
• Demonstrated success in working in a team environment to address cross-function issues
• Experience with Excel modeling skills
• BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision is required
