The Senior Cloud Engineering Program Manager is responsible for driving the program execution of SaaS (Software as a Service) Cloud Development Programs from product definition to final deployment and ongoing optimization. The role will actively manage global programs for the development of SaaS infrastructure programs and work with New Product/Process development projects. Works closely with Cloud Leadership including Cloud Directors, Architects and others to develop and drive programs and projects supporting Cloud infrastructure and support.
Be a part of an innovative SaaS organization providing HCM/Labor Management software solutions to a global set of customers that is rapidly growing. The candidate will be responsible for leading programs related to the development, deployment, management and on-going optimizations of public cloud based software solution. Candidate will work closely with varying teams and roles in a highly collaborative environment ranging from Developers to Architects to Executive Leadership to drive delivery of programs. This is a very unique and demanding role that will provide the candidate with a wealth of experience and learning along with being a part of a great company.

• Lead and deliver on global program initiatives
• Identify, develop and implement tools and metrices to drive project/program management success
• Organize activities and track project and release plans ensuring the program is versatile and capable to withstand changes in priorities
• Develop high-level technical understanding and appreciation of program goals and objectives to properly measure risk and gaps
• Partner closely with counterparts in Engineering, QA, Product management and Architecture to ensure success of programs
• Work closely with Program Managers across the organization and ensure that program objectives/schedules align across the board
• Meet with stakeholders to ensure all requirements from a business perspective are aligned with program goals
• Develop and communicate strategy, plans, issues and risks effectively throughout the organization at varying levels
• Make strategic and tactical recommendations regarding program delivery to executive leadership across the organization
• Create and deliver presentation outlining project roadmaps, risks, mitigations, etc.
• Drive Global PMO practices and improvements
• Understand and drive agile/scrum best practices into the organization
• Drive on-going retrospective to foster continuous improvement
• Mentor, develop and coach other project/program managers


• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience. PMP, PgMP, PMI or Agile/Scrum Master certification a plus.
• Hands on implementation of Cloud/SaaS projects or projects completed on cloud platforms like Google, AWS or Azure.
• Exposure to software development and the ability to understand basic software architecture concepts.
• Exposure to software delivery from development to packaging to deployment a big plus
• Broad knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, Tools and Automation
• Minimum of 5-8 years of program management experience in Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS and software development
• Strong understanding of software and infrastructure development life-cycle, including cross-functional support activities
• Ability to influence across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive results
• Detailed knowledge of agile and the ability to work within an agile/waterfall environment.
• Prior experience working with geographically distributed teams and off-shore partners
• Proven record of delivering projects and programs from initiation through implementation.
