The Business Transformation Program Manager will be responsible for developing, organizing, and executing programs and activities supporting the transformation of the Technology, Operations, Product and Support organization. In this fast-paced Saas environment you will affect culture transformation and increase employee engagement. You will report to the Sr Manager Technical Training & Business Transformation.
To excel in this role, you will be a creative global thinker, capable of creating and managing a project plan from start to finish, highly collaborative, technically savvy and passionately embrace change.
• Develop, organize, and execute new and existing Business Transformation programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
• Develop and deliver communication and promotion plans for programs
• Host and deliver webinars, presentations and facilitate meetings and learning sessions
• Manage and oversee leadership development programs
• Measure and evaluate effectiveness, communicate results, and make recommendations for improvements
• Manage multiple projects through entire life cycle of the program
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships
• Other duties as assigned to support the Business Transformation team mission


• BA/BS strongly preferred in business, communication, education or related field though will consider candidates with relevant business experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in a program/project management role
• Proven experience in program and project management
• Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of change management principles and team effectiveness programs an asset
• Experience working globally and in multi-cultural environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint along with project management tools (Smartsheets) and online meeting technologies (GTM, Adobe Connect)
• Ability to self-direct as circumstances change and priorities shift without constant oversight.
