As the Senior Director of Delivery for Workforce Ready Professional Services, you will be responsible for managing the strategic and tactical operations of WFR’s Direct Professional Services group. This role is responsible for applying efficient, industry leading best practices in the delivery of WFR Software, as well as enabling an exceptional Client Experience through our internal operations. Responsibilities also include continuously improving the quality of processes and procedures. This position will have multiple Director level direct reports, with some located internationally.

Essential Functions:
• Develop and execute strategic direction for WFR’s Direct Professional Services group
• Oversee the day to day functions of the group to ensure the timely, scalable, and repeatable implementation of WFR products and/or services
• Ensure a high level of responsiveness and quality in every Professional Services engagement
• Monitor the overall performance of the group through revenue/production forecasts, and tracking/analyzing key performance metrics
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives resulting in increased productivity, as well as scalable and efficient processes within Professional Services
• Collaborate with other functional leaders to develop and implement tactical plans in support of WFR revenue and EBITDA goals
• Manage direct reports, provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and drive adherence to Professional Services process and best practices throughout the group
• Serve as a senior point of escalation for WFR customers in implementation, developing relationships with them and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Create and ensure documentation and ownership of best practices for executing and maintaining all Professional Services processes
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or other relevant combination of training and experience required
• 5+ years in a Professional Services or Consulting leadership role preferred
• Proven experience managing a high-performance Professional Services group of 100+ people
• Demonstrated ability to consistently manage and execute on multiple, critical projects simultaneously
• Excellent strategic, leadership and problem solving skills
• Established ability to drive employee engagement through interpersonal and professional communication skills
• Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment
