Job Description
This position will support the Order Management Team in the Finance Global Shared Services organization. The responsibilities will focus on booking of orders in compliance with the corporate policies and revenue recognition rules; it will have frequent and regular interaction with counterparts globally within and outside of finance.

This position will be based out of Kronos’ Noida office in India and will report to the Associate Manager of Finance who is based out of Kronos’ Noida office in India. Further, this position will operate during 11:30am IST through 8:30PM IST and will require the flexibility to adjust shift timings during month/quarter ends to meet the needs of the business.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in managing shared services order management process (RMA, Credit rebills, Order Reviews etc) and addresses order processing issues of a technical or revenue recognition nature as well as operational issues
- Maintain Internal control processes by ensuring proper documentation of changes being made to customer and supplier records
- Client relationship management: meeting their requirement as per defined TAT and SLA.
- Regular check on the work which comes on daily basis and ensure all possible requests are closed ASAP
- Understand and assist with SOX compliance, legal guidelines, licensing issues, shipping issues, contract questions and questions from Sales Operations
- Assist in preparing dashboard of the process
- Able to think out of the box for process improvement
- Partner with international Sales Operations to improve accuracy of orders being entered
- Acts as a true team player to assist others to ensure communicated timelines are met and to work collaboratively with other local, International and US finance team members as well as certain sales, sales operations and legal team members.
- Point of contact for stakeholders at Corporate and ensure smooth function of business and transitions.
- Provide month end support to Order Processing team in fulfillment of licensing needs
- Update and maintain current process documentation for all processes
- Understands the transactional interactions of the source systems used to gather and create the billing data, not only from a financial perspective, but also from a business and operational perspective.
- Performed random auditing for various completed /on-going projects.


Qualifications/Ideal Experience

- 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience in finance / accounting
- 4 to 6 years of total experience
- Understanding of revenue recognition and SOX compliance
- Experience in oracle is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience working remotely with a US multinational company
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated individual with extreme attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships among internal and external customers
