The Sales Readiness Enablement Specialist will work closely with the field sales organization to understand their current challenges in the employee development area and to design, plan and deliver training or programs that are designed to improve performance of people and teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with assigned Vertical to understand their current challenges in employee development. Work with leadership to design, plan and deliver enablement to support the Vertical sales teams drive results.
• Support New Hire training program through coaching and delivery of sales skills (prospecting, communication, account planning, etc).
• Provide coaching to sales reps to improve their overall skills and performance.
• Work closely with marketing and other organizations to ensure messaging is relevant for sales and to ensure all material is ‘field-ready’.
• Work closely with Vertical leadership in coordinating, developing, and delivering relevant Vertical-specific material for Sales Kick-off, Midyear, and other sales meetings.
• Work with SME in the area of products and help fine tune messaging to ensure it resonates with sales.
• Ability to provide necessary follow-up training and enablement programs to help change behavior and ensure training ‘sticks’.
• Develop collaborative relationships with key business leaders, SMEs and other learning staff to identify learning opportunities.
• Develops high quality materials including participant guides, worksheets, job aides and facilitator manuals to support training initiatives.
• Special Projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales training development and curriculum design.
• Experience in sales or sales management preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to give or facilitate live instructor-led sales training (on solution, process, or skills related topics)
• Experience with LMS and other learning technologies
• Must be able to take complex concepts and simplify them for sales.
• Ability to gain instant credibility with the sales organization is essential.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members delivering
quality projects with aggressive time lines.
• Willingness to Travel (when safe). Pre-pandemic can be between 20% - 35% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
