You will play a key role in driving the sales order process, working closely with Sales Reps across Australia and New Zealand ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies when completing orders.
• Determine the most effective way to quote an opportunity keeping in mind, customer expectations, logistics of opportunity, limitations of our internal systems, and follow through on all manual tasks needed to keep global visibility of a customer
• Work with contacts globally to determine the best process in which to transact the order based on timeframe & revenue recognition impact
o Coordinate with Sales Person, Credit, Customer Reg, Finance, Legal, Ed Services, Professional Services, Service Solutions Consultants (SSC’s) to ensure correct data and sign-off
• Educate Sales and Sales management on Rules of Engagement and how they apply to a specific scenario
• Respond to customer inquiries for quotes/orders—transactional business requiring no sales exec involvement
• Serve as liaison for customer and internal Kronos departments as warranted
• Attend customer calls and/ or internal calls when needed to assist in communication/explanation of Kronos processes and paperwork
• Track Billing/Shipping Reports
• Facilitate resolution of Contract issues between Customer and Kronos
• Prepare Assignment Agreements for corporate name changes and/or license transfers
• Maintain deal tracking in Salesforce and wish information in Salesforce and Oracle for sales team


• Previous experience working with customers in a sales or customer service environment
• Must be organized and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment.
• Work toward building strong inter-department relationships in an effort to better drive business efficiencies and improve the customer experience
• Strong communication skills, able to convey and receive information and messages to meet the needs of a variety of situations and audiences.
• Incorporates best practices to streamline, simplify, and improve work flow in the organisation
• Supports a customer-focused culture with an emphasis on listening to and proactively addressing the needs of external and internal customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ability to learn other software applications as required of the position (Oracle, SharePoint, Salesforce, Great Plains etc)
