An opportunity to play a key role in driving the sales order process, working closely with our Sales Representatives across Australia and New Zealand. Your experience of working with customers in an international sales environment alongside your multi tasking, organisational ability will ensure your success in this role and visibility among our senior leadership and wider business.

This role is busy at key times of the year (quarter end and year end) as we're a rapidly expanding, yet well established business that can offer real progression opportunities for those who thrive in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include:
• Effectively quoting opportunities, keeping in mind customer expectations, logistics of opportunity etc.
• Working with global teams to determine the best process in which to transact the order based on timeframe and revenue recognition impact
• Coordinating with Sales, Credit, Customer Reg, Finance, Legal, Ed Services, Professional Services, Service Solutions Consultants (SSC’s) to ensure correct data and sign-off
• Educating Sales on Rules of Engagement and how they apply to a specific scenario
• Tracking Billing/Shipping Reports
• Facilitating resolution of contract issues
• Preparing Assignment Agreements for corporate name changes and/or license transfers
• Maintaining deal tracking in Salesforce and wish information in Salesforce and Oracle

Qualifications

Ideally you'll have:
• Strong communication skills, ability to convey and receive information and messages to meet the needs of a variety of situations and audiences
• Ability to incorporate best practices to streamline, simplify and improve work flow in the organization
• A customer-focused attitude with an emphasis on listening to and proactively addressing the needs of external and internal customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ability to learn other software applications as required of the position (Oracle, SharePoint, Salesforce, Great Plains etc.)
• Cantonese language skills
