Description

Collects and maintains a database of sales leads for EZCall, including creation of regular lead generation programs to grow the database.  Responsible for designing and executing periodic outreach programs to extant leads in the database, attempting to convert them to sales opportunities.  Capable of executing discoveries for interested contacts as well as product demos.

Ownership generally of full sales cycle for group and departmental opportunities, qualifying enterprise leads and handing off ownership of enterprise opportunities to direct sales.  May be called upon to manage and coordinate sales and technical teams in pursuit of sales opportunities, including contribution to proposals and rfp responses.

Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain automated database of all ESG leads using SF
• Design and execute lead-generation programs to grow database of leads
• Design and execute periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly) outreach projects to ESG leads according to lead age
• Focus on converting leads to sales opportunities
• Execute discoveries and present sales demos to interested parties
• Maintain opportunity details in Salesforce
• Assist as necessary in the execution of Enterprise opportunities
• Other marketing, sales or account management tasks, as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 2-4+ years in a marketing or sales role
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, ability to speak easily in person
or over the phone
• Persuasive and authoritative demeanor
• Strong written, verbal and virtual communication skills with creativity and
focus on result
• Ability to think quickly – results focused.
• Up to 50% travel expected
