An opportunity to lead a team selling to customers in Australia and New Zealand across different vertical markets. We provide market leading workforce solutions hosted in the cloud to 62% of the Fortune 1000, and have an approximately 60% market share in the ANZ region.

You’ll thrive on winning and be a connected, collaborative self-starter with a good track record of hiring, managing, motivating and developing a team of high performing sales executives. Responsibilities include:
• To act as a mentor/coach to maximize the full potential of the team to overachieve on their targets, maximizing revenue
• To ensure that your team are ready to work with executive decision makers to close new business opportunities and deliver results
• Working with your team members to enable clients and stakeholders to embrace cloud workforce management solutions across their organisation

Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll have:
• Previous sales management experience with the ability to lead the team through the full sales cycle.
• Expertise in software selling. and experience in cloud or software as a service (SaaS) – ideally with workforce management or human capital management solutions
• An aptitude in selling through to C-level decision makers
• Superior relationship and communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority at all levels of the organization, including peers, direct reports and senior leadership
