As Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing the performance of a team of Sales Executives supporting customers South East Asia. You will lead from the front, be hands on and will motivate and direct them to deliver superior performance.
You'll play a fundamental role in supporting the sales team to deliver against revenue targets.
• Be a ‘hands on’ manager that is out selling with the team
• Be on the front line with the sales reps providing support throughout the sales cycle
• Focus on team management; coaching, development and mentoring to drive success
• Build a strong sense of team camaraderie that’s based on collaboration and trust
• Act as an ambassador and role model to your team
• Build strong internal relationships (marketing, presales, professional services) to deliver value to our clients

You'll ideally be based in Singapore, but you should expect to spend much of your time visiting clients, partners and your sales team. You may also need to attend conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions.


• Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must
• A proven sales manager with previous success managing a high performing team
• Previous hands on experience in a sales role with strong negotiation skills
• The ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team
• You will need to demonstrate initiative, drive and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills, with particular focus on effective people management (performance discussions, coaching etc.)
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
